The first in our very special Master Class series where you can learn from the best chefs on the Central Coast. We are very pleased to announce our guest chef is the amazing Italian born fine dining chef, Nicola from Osteria il Coccia, Ettalong. Nicola has cooking credentials that include Biota, Ormeggio, Quay, Otto and, most recently, the chef-hatted Bistro Officina in Bowral, which he ran with his French wife, Alexandra.Join us at the Killcare Surf Club where Chef Nicola has designed a menu that celebrates local produce with international inspiration, sharing his real chef skills that you can bring to your own home cooking. Learn from the master with this very unique experience.The class will hold a maximum of 20 guests, following strict covid protocols. The class will commence with a cooking demonstration by Nicola followed by a hands-on component where you will cook from Nicola’s own recipes, followed by lunch overlooking the stunning Killcare Beach.Friday, 16th October, 202010:30am – 2:30pmTickets $140 each includes demonstration, workshop lunch preparation, lunch and glass of wine.
