Ali’s passion for growing organic produce came to fruition in 2013 when she teamed up with a local owner of a 20acre property in Killcare, Greengate Farm. Here at the farm, Ali designed and built (with a little help from friends) a permaculture market garden to grow chemical free produce for her dishes.
Ali grows fruit, vegetables, herbs, flowers and leafy greens, which are used in the Pachamama dishes at markets, in the home delivered meals, and in beautiful wedding feasts.
